教师教学质量评价是高校教学质量监控的重要环节。目前高校教师教学质量评价过程中存在对评价目的认识不足、评价过程不够规范、评价体系缺乏合理性等问题,依据客观性与指导性、多元性与发展性、整体性与独立性、科学性与可操作性并重的原则,提出了以“双师型”为人才培养目标的高校教师教学质量评价指标体系与评价方法。
教師教學質量評價是高校教學質量鑑控的重要環節。目前高校教師教學質量評價過程中存在對評價目的認識不足、評價過程不夠規範、評價體繫缺乏閤理性等問題,依據客觀性與指導性、多元性與髮展性、整體性與獨立性、科學性與可操作性併重的原則,提齣瞭以“雙師型”為人纔培養目標的高校教師教學質量評價指標體繫與評價方法。
교사교학질량평개시고교교학질량감공적중요배절。목전고교교사교학질량평개과정중존재대평개목적인식불족、평개과정불구규범、평개체계결핍합이성등문제,의거객관성여지도성、다원성여발전성、정체성여독립성、과학성여가조작성병중적원칙,제출료이“쌍사형”위인재배양목표적고교교사교학질량평개지표체계여평개방법。
The evaluation of teachers' teaching quality is an indispensible link in the supervision of teaching qualities. At present, there exist" some problems in the process of teaching quality evaluation, such as deficient recognition of the evaluation goals,irregular evaluation process and lack of rationality in evaluation system. According to the princi- ples of putting same emphasis on subjectivity and guidance,pelyphyly and development, globality and independence, the index system and evaluation methods of college teachers' teaching quality is put forward, which takes cultivating "double-qualified-teacher" typed talents as the goal.
