采用六面体单元对双离合器自动变速器液压阀体进行网格划分,并约束螺栓孔内壁节点,对油道内壁施加均布载荷,通过静力分析获得液压阀体的应力分布及其最大应力,据此对液压阀体强度进行校核,并在强度分析基础上对阀体进行轻量化设计。
採用六麵體單元對雙離閤器自動變速器液壓閥體進行網格劃分,併約束螺栓孔內壁節點,對油道內壁施加均佈載荷,通過靜力分析穫得液壓閥體的應力分佈及其最大應力,據此對液壓閥體彊度進行校覈,併在彊度分析基礎上對閥體進行輕量化設計。

The hydraulic valve of dual-clutch transmission is meshed with hexahedral element.The nodes of the bolt hole are all restricted,and the uniform loads are applied to the wall of the oil road.The stress distribution and maximum stress of the hydraulic valve are obtained through static analysis.Thus strength of hydraulic valve body is checked.Based on the analysis of strength,the lightweight design of the valve is done.
