目的 探讨刚地弓形虫能否通过血睾屏障侵入小鼠的睾丸及附睾组织.方法 选用9~10周龄雄性BALB/c小鼠20只,随机分为感染组(16只)和正常对照组(4只),其中感染组小鼠每只腹腔注射含2.5×103 个弓形虫速殖子的PBS 0.2 ml,建立弓形虫致小鼠感染的动物模型,对照组给予等量的无菌PBS.分别于攻击感染后第1、3、5、7天各处死4只感染组小鼠、1只正常对照组小鼠,取睾丸及附睾,应用RNA原位杂交法检测睾丸及附睾组织中的弓形虫.结果 对照组及感染后第1天的感染组小鼠睾丸及附睾中未检出速殖子;实验组在感染后第3天小鼠睾丸及附睾内偶尔可见弓形虫速殖子,以后随着感染时间的延长睾丸及附睾中的弓形虫速殖子数量逐渐增多,且不同感染时间点同一组织内的弓形虫速殖子的数目差别具有显著的统计学意义.结论 刚地弓形虫可通过血睾屏障侵入小鼠的睾丸及附睾组织中.
目的 探討剛地弓形蟲能否通過血睪屏障侵入小鼠的睪汍及附睪組織.方法 選用9~10週齡雄性BALB/c小鼠20隻,隨機分為感染組(16隻)和正常對照組(4隻),其中感染組小鼠每隻腹腔註射含2.5×103 箇弓形蟲速殖子的PBS 0.2 ml,建立弓形蟲緻小鼠感染的動物模型,對照組給予等量的無菌PBS.分彆于攻擊感染後第1、3、5、7天各處死4隻感染組小鼠、1隻正常對照組小鼠,取睪汍及附睪,應用RNA原位雜交法檢測睪汍及附睪組織中的弓形蟲.結果 對照組及感染後第1天的感染組小鼠睪汍及附睪中未檢齣速殖子;實驗組在感染後第3天小鼠睪汍及附睪內偶爾可見弓形蟲速殖子,以後隨著感染時間的延長睪汍及附睪中的弓形蟲速殖子數量逐漸增多,且不同感染時間點同一組織內的弓形蟲速殖子的數目差彆具有顯著的統計學意義.結論 剛地弓形蟲可通過血睪屏障侵入小鼠的睪汍及附睪組織中.

Objective To investigate the possibility of invasion of Toxoplasma gondii into testis and epididymis through blood-testis barrier. Methods Twenty BALB/c male mice(9-10 weeks old)were ran domly divided into two groups:experimental group and negative control group.The control group Was injected intraperitoneally with PBS while the experimental group Was inoculated intraperitoneally with 2.5×103 tachyzoites of T. gondii ( RH strain).Four mice in experimental group and 1 in control group were sacrificed at the 1st.3rd,5th and 7th day after infection.The testes and epididymides were collected and the paraffin sections were prepared to perform in situ hybridization. Results Tachyzoites were observed on sections of testes and epididymides 3,5 and 7 days after infection.The number of tachyzoites in the testes and epididymides increased with the infection time.Significant difference in the number of tachyzoites was found among the testes and epididymides at different infection time. Conclusion It was indicated that T. gondii Could invade into the testis and epididymis of infectious mice.
