目的 探讨不同解剖结构肾下盏的尿流动力学变化.方法 采用非线性有限元分析系统分别模拟不同肾下盏肾孟夹角、肾下盏长度、盏颈宽度条件下成人上尿路的不间断传输活动,并对集合系统内的尿流情况进行流体力学分析,对比肾下盏开口处压力、流速最大值(P、V).结果 肾下盏肾孟夹角60°、肾下盏长度为50 mm或盏颈宽度为3.6 mm时,恒流实验发现.肾盂出口最大流速、压力均变小;恒压实验发现肾盂出口最大流速变小,最大压力变大.结论 肾下盏内的尿液流动是尿液的势能和上尿路的泵功能(具体表现为肾盂和肾下盏内的压力、尿液流速)共同作用的结果,解剖结构改变对肾下盏的尿液传输有影响.

목적 탐토불동해부결구신하잔적뇨류동역학변화.방법 채용비선성유한원분석계통분별모의불동신하잔신맹협각、신하잔장도、잔경관도조건하성인상뇨로적불간단전수활동,병대집합계통내적뇨류정황진행류체역학분석,대비신하잔개구처압력、류속최대치(P、V).결과 신하잔신맹협각60°、신하잔장도위50 mm혹잔경관도위3.6 mm시,항류실험발현.신우출구최대류속、압력균변소;항압실험발현신우출구최대류속변소,최대압력변대.결론 신하잔내적뇨액류동시뇨액적세능화상뇨로적빙공능(구체표현위신우화신하잔내적압력、뇨액류속)공동작용적결과,해부결구개변대신하잔적뇨액전수유영향.
Objective To evaluate the urodynamies of the low calyx which had the different anatomical features. Methods To creat the two dimensional digital modal of the collecting system being noncoaptive transportation and analyse the flow dynamic with the Automatic Dynamic Incremental Nonlinear Analysis System(ADINA). The maximum velocity(V) and the maximum pressure(P) in the pelvic and low calyx junction were test. Resnlts When the infundibulopelvic angle was 60 degrees, the length of the inferior calyx was 50 mm or the width of the inferior calyx was 3.6 nnn. It was found that the ve-locity and the pressure were less in the constant velocity perfusion trial and the velocity were also less in the constant pressure peffusion trial, but the pressure were more in the constant pressure perfusion. Conclusions The urine flow in the low calyx is the result of the potential energy and the upper urethral. It should be effected by the anatomical feature.
