目的：探讨蚂蚁水提取液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：将小鼠分为3组，分别灌胃给蚂蚁水提取液、人参液和生理盐水，连续7 d后测定小鼠T、B淋巴细胞增殖和IL-1、2、3活性。结果：与对照组比较蚁液及人参液均能使小鼠T、B淋巴细胞增殖(P<0．01)，增加IL-1、2、3活性(P<0．01)。结论：蚂蚁水提取液和人参液对小鼠免疫功能具有促进作用。
목적：탐토마의수제취액대소서면역공능적영향。방법：장소서분위3조，분별관위급마의수제취액、인삼액화생리염수，련속7 d후측정소서T、B림파세포증식화IL-1、2、3활성。결과：여대조조비교의액급인삼액균능사소서T、B림파세포증식(P<0．01)，증가IL-1、2、3활성(P<0．01)。결론：마의수제취액화인삼액대소서면역공능구유촉진작용。
Objective:To explore the influence of ant extract on immune function inmouse. Methods: Mice were divided into 3 groups and were respectively given ant extract, gin-seng soup and normal saline by stomach-perfusion. After 7 days, we detected T, B lymphocytemultiplication and IL- 1, 2,3 activity. Results: In comparison with the control group, both antextract and ginseng soup can promote T、 B lymphocyte multiplication( P < 0.01 )and IL-1,2,3activity(P<0.01 ). Conclusion: Ant extract and ginseng can promote immune function inmouse.
