对果洛地区老龄驮牛(10岁以上)和适龄驮牛(5～7岁)各3头进行了屠宰试验，结果老龄驮牛宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重、骨重、骨肉比、眼肌面积分别为373.33、210.33、176.43、33.90kg、1∶5.2和53.20cm2；适龄驮牛以上指标分别为：203.33kg、110.67kg、90.60kg、20.07kg、1∶4.51和41.40cm2，老龄驮牛以上指标均显著高于适龄驮牛。

대과락지구노령타우(10세이상)화괄령타우(5～7세)각3두진행료도재시험，결과노령타우재전활중、동체중、정육중、골중、골육비、안기면적분별위373.33、210.33、176.43、33.90kg、1∶5.2화53.20cm2；괄령타우이상지표분별위：203.33kg、110.67kg、90.60kg、20.07kg、1∶4.51화41.40cm2，노령타우이상지표균현저고우괄령타우。
The Slaughter test was carrried out in 6 Yaks(including 3 pack Yaks over 10 years old and 3 pack Yaks from 5 to 7 years old)in Guoluo prefecture of Qinghai province. The results showed that the live body weight,carcass,net beaf weight,bone weight,bone-meat ratio and eye muscle area were 373.33kg,210.33kg,176.43kg,33.90kg,1∶5.2 and 53.20cm2 in the older pack Yaks,and those indexes were 203.33kg,110.67kg,90.60kg,20.07kg,1∶4.51 and 41.40cm2 in the younger pack Yaks,respectively.There was a significant difference between older and younger Yaks.
