目的 研究EL Cr:YSGG激光封闭牙本质小管的效果.方法 选取新鲜离体的人后牙35颗,制备成70个2 mm×2mm×2 mm牙本质小片,随机分为即刻组和磨损组,两组内除阴性对照不作任何处理外,分别以Gluma脱敏剂,无水条件下0.5、1.5、2.5、3.5、W W的Er. Cr:YSGG激光处理,磨损组则再通过模拟刷牙实验后,用扫描电镜观察.结果 随着Er.Cr:YSGG激光输出能量的增加,牙本质表面的碳化现象越明显,牙本质小管开口越来越少,当输出能量为4.5 W时,牙本质小管开口已不可见,即刻组与磨损组未见明显差异.而Gluma脱敏剂处理,即刻组未见牙本质小管开口开口,磨损组牙本质小管开口增多.结论 Er.Cr:YSGG激光封闭牙本质小管的作用随着输出能量的增加而逐渐增加,与Gluma脱敏剂相比,封闭效果更为持久.

Objective To investigate the effects of sealing dentinal tubules by Er. Cr:YSGG in vitro. Methods 35 freshly extracted human premolars and molars were selected. Their dentin was exposed and made into 70 dentin cubics with hand piece, whose dimen-shion was 2 mm x 2 mm x 2 ram. These dentin eubies were randomly divided into timely group and wearing-out group. EaCh group in-cluded 35 dentin eubies, five of which were selected as negative control dentin cubics without being treated, the others were treated with Gluma desensitizer or Er. Cr: YSGG. Then, the timely group was observed by means of a scanning electron microscope, while the wear-ing-out group was treated through the imitation of brushing tooth before that. Results Er. Cr: YSGG could seal dentinal tubules but re-suited in dentin-melting. This would be improved with more export energy. The effects of sealing dentinal tubules by Er. Cr:YSGG were durable compared with those of Gluma desensitizer. Conclusions Er. Cr:YSGG could thoroughly seal dentinal tubules when its expor-ting energy was beyond 3. 5 W.
