根据差式杠杆位移放大原理设计了一种新型微位移放大机构.计算和推导了该位移放大机构的位移放大倍数和静态刚度,分析了柔性铰链结构参数对微位移放大机构刚度的影响,并对理论计算结果和ANSYS仿真结果进行了对比.结果表明,理论计算值和有限元仿真结果之间存在一定的差异.
根據差式槓桿位移放大原理設計瞭一種新型微位移放大機構.計算和推導瞭該位移放大機構的位移放大倍數和靜態剛度,分析瞭柔性鉸鏈結構參數對微位移放大機構剛度的影響,併對理論計算結果和ANSYS倣真結果進行瞭對比.結果錶明,理論計算值和有限元倣真結果之間存在一定的差異.

A kind of new typed micro-displacement amplification mechanism was designed according to the amplification principle of differential lever displacement.The displacement amplification multiple and static rigidity of this displacement amplification mechanism were calculated and derived,and the influences of flexible hinged structural parameters on the rigidity of micro-displacement amplification mechanism were analyzed.A contrast was made on the theoretical caleulation result with the ANSYS simulation result which indicated that there existed certain differences between the value of theoretical computation and the result of finite element simulation.
