通过对历史文献的梳理,筛选出符合中医临床个案的报告要点和发表要点,经过多次修订后提出了临床个案发表与过程规范建议.从简短摘要、背景介绍、病例一般信息、主诉、病史、诊断、治疗、讨论、专家点评、参考文献等方面明确了个案发表与过程规范的书写要求,把握可溯源性,并提出选择具有代表性、实效性和延展性的中医临床个案,旨在提高中医临床个案的报道质量,突显中医药个体化疗效.

The report and publication outlines of TCM clinical single case were screened out through cording historical literature.Some suggestions on the publication and process norms of clinical single case were offered after multiple revision,and the written requirement and traceability were determined from the aspects of brief abstract,background,general information,chief complaint,disease history,diagnosis,treatment,discussion,expert estimate and reference.The TCM clinical cases with representative,actual effect and ductility were presented in order to improve the quality of case report and show the individual curative effect of Chinese medicine.
