采用5kW横流CO_2激光器在AA6063铝合金表面激光熔覆Al_3Ti金属间化合物涂层.研究了熔覆层的显微组织、电化学腐蚀和摩擦磨损性能.结果表明,熔覆层由树枝晶Al_3Ti和枝晶间仅.α-Al两相组成.并与基材形成良好的冶金结合.熔覆层在w(NaCl)=3.5%溶液中发生钝化,腐蚀电流密度约为基材的1/10;在载荷10 N、摩擦距离800m时,熔覆层的磨损质量损失低于基材的1/2,说明Al_3Ti金属间化合物涂层显著提高了基材的耐腐蚀和耐磨损性能.

Al_31Ti intermetallic compound coating was laser cladded on AA6063 aluminum alloy by 5 kW transverse CO_2 laser processing system.The microstructure,electrochemical corrosion and wear resistance behaviors were investigated.The results show that,the laser cladding coating is made up of dendrites Al_3Ti and interdendrites α-Al,and has good bonding with the substrate.The coating passivated in 3.5%NaCI solution shows a one-tenth corrosion current density compared with that of the substrate.The wear mass loss of the coating is about one-half lower than that of the substrate under the condition of 10 N load and 800 m sliding distance.All the results indicate that Al_3Ti intermetallic compound coating greatly increase the corrosion and wear resistance of the substrate.
