采用HCl-HNO3-HF—H2SO4湿法溶解不同类型的地质样品,以0.5%H2SO4-0.5%HNO3为介质,^103Rh、^187Re为内标校正仪器漂移和降低基体效应,在ICP—MS中测定15个稀土元素,检出限低,各元素的DL在0.004~0.019μg/L之间;基体效应小,内标法和外标法无显著差异;标准样品结果与参考值吻合。同时适合少量或大批量样品的稀土元素分析。

The method of analyzing rare earth elements by ICP- MS was dissolved with HCl- HNO3 -HF- H2SO4 in electric hot plate. Two internal standards of ^103Rh - ^187Re were selected to compensate the drift of analytical signals and correct matrix effects. The detection limit of each element was found to be 0.004 -0.019 μg/L. With an applicable dilution factor, the matrix effects were not observed. The results of analyzing standard materiel were satisfactory.
