目的:观察半椎体切除短节段融合内固定术治疗先天性脊柱侧弯的临床疗效。方法:2008年5月~2011年12月,我科采用后路半椎体切除、短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗18例先天性脊柱侧凸患者,年龄12~15岁,平均13.5岁,术后腰围同定2个月。术前及术后3、6、12、24个月复查站立位和侧位DR片,通过DR片和临床检查评估手术效果。结果:术前Cobb角45°,术后16°,末次随访时15°。所有患儿躯干平衡良好,未发现失代偿现象。结论:对发展较快的半椎体畸形,进行后路半椎体切除、短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定术可以矫正和控制冠状面和矢状面畸形的发展,同时可保存脊柱的生长能力和活动度。

목적:관찰반추체절제단절단융합내고정술치료선천성척주측만적림상료효。방법:2008년5월~2011년12월,아과채용후로반추체절제、단절단추궁근라정내고정술치료18례선천성척주측철환자,년령12~15세,평균13.5세,술후요위동정2개월。술전급술후3、6、12、24개월복사참립위화측위DR편,통과DR편화림상검사평고수술효과。결과:술전Cobb각45°,술후16°,말차수방시15°。소유환인구간평형량호,미발현실대상현상。결론:대발전교쾌적반추체기형,진행후로반추체절제、단절단추궁근라정내고정술가이교정화공제관상면화시상면기형적발전,동시가보존척주적생장능력화활동도。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of half corpectomy short segmental fusion in the treatment of congenital scoliosis companion to .Me thods:In May 2008 to December 2011 , I division using posterior half corpectomy , short segmental pedicle screw fixation treatment and patients with congenital scoliosis patients , age 12 ~15 years old, an average of 13.5 years old, the waist with constant 2months .Preoperative and postoperative 3, 6, 12, 24 months review standing and side a DR piece , through the DR tablet and clinical examination evaluate operation effect .Results: Preoperative Cobb Angle 45 °, ostoperative 16 ,° 15 °when the final follow-up.All of them trunk balance was good , did not find decompensated phenomenon .Conclusion:The fast development of the half vertebral deformity, posterior half corpectomy , short segmental pedicle screw fixation could correct and control the coronal and sagittal deformity de -velopment, at the same time could save the growth of the spine ability and activity .
