目的 分析急性期Vogt-小柳-原田综合征(VKHS)荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)的表现.方法 对11例(21只眼)急性期VKHS患者做详细的眼部检查,并行眼底彩色照相和眼底荧光血管造影等检查.结果 全部患者均有脉络膜背景荧光呈斑点状充盈迟缓,20只眼后极部和(或)中周部视网膜色素上皮水平呈多发性细小点状荧光素渗漏,如墨渍样扩散并彼此融合,晚期呈大小不等多湖或单湖状高荧光;1只眼视盘表面辐射状毛细血管扩张,荧光素强烈渗漏,盘周线状出血遮蔽荧光;2只眼放射状条形低荧光;视网膜中央血管系统未见受累.结论 急性期VKHS的FFA特征为后极部和(或)中周部视网膜色素上皮层多发性渗漏,造影晚期多湖或单湖样荧光素积存.该特征对VKHS早期诊断具有重要作用.
目的 分析急性期Vogt-小柳-原田綜閤徵(VKHS)熒光素眼底血管造影(FFA)的錶現.方法 對11例(21隻眼)急性期VKHS患者做詳細的眼部檢查,併行眼底綵色照相和眼底熒光血管造影等檢查.結果 全部患者均有脈絡膜揹景熒光呈斑點狀充盈遲緩,20隻眼後極部和(或)中週部視網膜色素上皮水平呈多髮性細小點狀熒光素滲漏,如墨漬樣擴散併彼此融閤,晚期呈大小不等多湖或單湖狀高熒光;1隻眼視盤錶麵輻射狀毛細血管擴張,熒光素彊烈滲漏,盤週線狀齣血遮蔽熒光;2隻眼放射狀條形低熒光;視網膜中央血管繫統未見受纍.結論 急性期VKHS的FFA特徵為後極部和(或)中週部視網膜色素上皮層多髮性滲漏,造影晚期多湖或單湖樣熒光素積存.該特徵對VKHS早期診斷具有重要作用.

Objective To study the manifestation of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome (VKHS) at acute period in fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA).Methods Eleven cases (21 eyes) of VKHS were examined with fundus color photography and fundus fluorescein angiography.Results In 11 cases (21eyes) of VKHS,all patients had choroids fluorescein filling later at the post hole of ocular funds.In 20 eyes,multiple small exudation of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) appeared in the early phase and cystic fluorescein reservoir was observed in the late phase.There was 1 eye with capillary dilation and exudation on the surface of optic disc and with thred-like bleeding around optic disc.There were hypo fluorescence hangs radiating from the optic disc in 2 eyes.Central vascular system was not affected.Conclusions The characteristic of FFA in VKHS at acute period is cystic fluorescein reservoir caused by multiple exudation of RPE.FFA is an important auxiliary examination of VKHS at acute period.
