ZK12-1井是山西河东煤田的一口探井,正常起钻完成后发生井喷.中石油川庆钻采工艺技术研究院灭火公司在长庆钻探公司协助下经过六天时间的艰苦作业,安全、高效地完成了抢险任务.ZK12-1井钻机特殊,无任何井口装置,抢险中采用了灭火公司新研制的抢险套管头.抢险套管头成功应用和压井成功为今后油气井井喷失控抢险提供了又一宝贵经验.

ZK12-1 well is an exploratory well of Shanxi Hedong coalfield, it occurred blowout accident after natural pulling out the hole. The drilling rig of ZK12-1 well is very special, it hasn't any well control equipment. During wrecking, the casing head developed by Extinguishment Co. of CCDC Drilling & Production Technology Research Institute was used successfully and the blowout accident was treated safely and high efficiency in 6 days. The successful application of the wrecking casing head provided an experience for well blowout wrecking in the future.
