为了探索人工栽培苔藓植物技术,初步研究了不同浓度的2,4-D、NAA、KT、GA3 4种植物生长调节剂对大灰藓、大羽藓、金发藓3种藓类植物生长的影响.结果表明,不高于25 mg/L 2,4-D促进3种苔藓新生枝的伸长,对3种苔藓均存在超最适浓度的抑制作用;GA3对大羽藓表现不存在超最适浓度的抑制作用,25 mg/L GA3 促使金发藓假根生芽;KT对大羽藓、金发藓的生长不发挥作用;NAA对大羽藓的生长有显著促进作用,10 mg/L NAA对金发藓生长有显著促进作用,高于100 mg/L NAA抑制其生长;其中大灰藓在无任何生长调节剂时生长最好.

Three mosses of Hypnum plumaeforme, Thuidium cymbifolium, Polytrichum commune were treated by different concentrations of 2,4-D, NAA, KT and GA3 to study the effect on their growth for probing the artificial cultivation technique of mosses. The results showed that less than 25 mg/L 2,4-D could promote elongation of new shoots of three mosses, but the super-optimum concentration of 2,4-D inhibited their growth, the all tested GA3 concentrations had no inhibition effect on growth of Thuidium cymbifolium and 25 mg/L GA3 could promote rhizoid buds of Polytrichum commune, KT had no effect on growth of Thuidium cymbifolium and Polytrichum commune, NAA could significantly promote growth of Thuidium cymbifolium, and 10 mg/L NAA significantly promote growth of Polytrichum commune but more than 1 00 mg/L NAA inhibited growth of Polytrichum commune. The growth of Hypnum plumaeforme without applying any plant growth regulator was the best.
