将90头28日龄断奶的"杜×长×大"三元杂交仔猪随机分成3组,每组3个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组饲喂在基础日粮中分别添加0.03% 5′-腺苷酸二钠和5′-鸟苷酸二钠的日粮,试验期28 d,测定仔猪生长性能和试验开始后第7、14和28天血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,研究外源5′-腺苷酸二钠和5′-鸟苷酸二钠对断奶仔猪生长性能和抗氧化功能的影响.结果表明,Ⅰ和Ⅱ组仔猪断奶后不同时间血清中的SOD活性呈下降趋势(P>0.05),其中,Ⅰ组仔猪第14天SOD活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),对其他抗氧化指标没有显著影响(P>0.05),各组仔猪生长性能差异不显著(P>0.05).可见,日粮中分别添加5′-腺苷酸二钠和5′-鸟苷酸二钠对仔猪生长性能均无显著影响,5′-腺苷酸二钠有降低仔猪血清中SOD活性的作用.

90 piglets (Duroc×Landrace×Large white) weaned at 28th day were randomly divided into 3 groups of 3 replicates, control group was fed with basal diet, test groupⅠand Ⅱ were supplemented with 0. 03% adenosine 5′monophosphate and guanosine 5′monophosphate respectively. The experiment lasted for 28 days. Growth performance,activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), total anti-oxidation (T-AOC), catalase (CAT) and content of malondiade-hyde (MDA) at 7th, 14th and 28th day were determined. The result indicated that there was a tendency to decrease activity of SOD at different time in group Ⅰand Ⅱ (P>0. 05), activity of SOD at 14th day was decreased in groupⅠcompared with control group (P<0. 05), there was no significant difference in growth performance and other antioxidant index (P>0. 05).
