黄瓜枯萎病是瓜类蔬菜重要的土传病害,目前在种植瓜区发生相当严重.本试验采集多种植物提取其粗提物,采用生长抑制法,研究其对黄瓜枯萎病菌丝的抑制作用.结果表明,6种植物材料中,大蒜抑菌作用最强,其他依次为合欢、楝树、桂花、洋葱、仙人掌.各种材料中的粗提物浓度越高,其抑菌作用越强.

F.oxysporum f.sp.cucumarimum Owen is the important soil-borne diseases of ground vegetables.In the present paper,antifungal activities against Fusarium oxysporum of six kinds of plants were studied by using methods of mycelia growth inhibition.The results showed that the bacteriostatie effects of different extracts were different.And the antifungal activities of garlic extracts was the strongest,then that of the following plant extracts were Albizzia julibrissin,chinaberry,sweet-scented osmanthus,onion,cactus.The concentration of plant extracts was higher,then the inhibition was higher.
