建立了HPLC法拆分莫达非尼,并检测阿莫达非尼的(S)-型异构体.使用α-酸性糖蛋白(AGP)手性固定相,以0.05 mol/L乙酸铵水溶液(含3%异丙醇,pH 6.8)为流动相,检测波长225 nm,阿莫达非尼与其(S)-型异构体分离完全,前者的检测限为0.05μg/ml.

A chiral HPLC method was established for the separation of modafinil and determination of the (S) - enantiomer in armodafinil. An α-AGP column was used with the mobile phase of 0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate solution (containing 3 % 2-propanol, pH 6.8) at the detection wavelength of 225 nm. Armodafinil and its (S) -enantiomer were separated completely and its limit of detection was 0.05 μg/ml.
