研究了铜锈环棱螺对2种不同水体中CODMn、叶绿素a、NH3-N、NO3-N和TP的去除效果。结果表明:铜锈环棱螺对于水体中的CODMn、叶绿素a、氮、磷等有一定的去除效果,放养密度、水质肥瘦度、培养时间等3个因素对其去除率存在显著性差异。具体表现为:放养铜锈环棱螺密度与其耗氧速率呈正相关;水体中叶绿素a含量呈现同步降低的规律,但在培养后期(7 d后),2组不同肥瘦度水样中叶绿素含量均下降不明显,即消除率降低;随着培养时间的延长,水样中的COD含量普遍有所增加;NH3-N和NO3-N的去除率在一定条件下与放养密度、水质肥瘦度以及培养时间存在差异性。因此,针对不同肥瘦度的水体,不同的水质指标,应该选择不同的投放密度以达到比较满意的净化效果。

연구료동수배릉라대2충불동수체중CODMn、협록소a、NH3-N、NO3-N화TP적거제효과。결과표명:동수배릉라대우수체중적CODMn、협록소a、담、린등유일정적거제효과,방양밀도、수질비수도、배양시간등3개인소대기거제솔존재현저성차이。구체표현위:방양동수배릉라밀도여기모양속솔정정상관;수체중협록소a함량정현동보강저적규률,단재배양후기(7 d후),2조불동비수도수양중협록소함량균하강불명현,즉소제솔강저;수착배양시간적연장,수양중적COD함량보편유소증가;NH3-N화NO3-N적거제솔재일정조건하여방양밀도、수질비수도이급배양시간존재차이성。인차,침대불동비수도적수체,불동적수질지표,응해선택불동적투방밀도이체도비교만의적정화효과。
The efficiency of water purification by stocking six different densities of Bellamya aeruginosa in two water bodies was determined in thirteen days.The results showed that B.aeruginosa had short-term purification effect on water to some extent.The removal efficiency showed a certain correlation with the quality of water,the stocking densities and culture time,which showed that the density of B.aeruginosa had a positive correlation with the rate of oxygen consumption;the content of chlorophyll a in water bodies had a tendency of synchronous reduce,but showed a steady state after seven days;the content of COD slowly increased as time passes;the removal of NH3-N and NO3-N had great relationship with the quality of water,the stocking densities and time.Thus,in order to have a high efficiency of water purification,different stocking densities of B.aeruginosa must be found in different water bodies.
