对妈湾电厂厂级自动发电控制(AGC)系统的架构、优化模型、控制策略进行了描述。运行结果表明,厂级AGC系统能根据火电厂各台机组的煤耗率、调节范围、运行工况等性能参数,自动、合理地进行全厂机组负荷优化分配,有效降低发电成本,减少机组的调节频度,提高机组的安全稳定性,延长机组使用寿命,降低维护成本。在确保电网安全稳定的同时,兼顾了电厂的经济运行。
對媽灣電廠廠級自動髮電控製(AGC)繫統的架構、優化模型、控製策略進行瞭描述。運行結果錶明,廠級AGC繫統能根據火電廠各檯機組的煤耗率、調節範圍、運行工況等性能參數,自動、閤理地進行全廠機組負荷優化分配,有效降低髮電成本,減少機組的調節頻度,提高機組的安全穩定性,延長機組使用壽命,降低維護成本。在確保電網安全穩定的同時,兼顧瞭電廠的經濟運行。

The system architecture,optimization model and control strategies of a plant-level automatic generation control(AGC) system in Mawan Power Plant are described in detail.It is proved that according to such performance parameters of each unit as coal consumption,regulating range and operating situation,the plant-level AGC system can automatically,reasonably and optimally distribute load to all units in the power plant so as to reduce generation and maintenance cost effectively,reduce the unit regulating frequency,improve the security and stability of units and expand the units life cycle.Not only the requirement of stability,reliability and security for power grid is satisfied,but also economic operation of power plant as well.
