The necessity of the construction of fine-designed course group in preclinical medicine was analyzed in this article,it is also explored from several aspects,such as the restructuring and optimizing of course group contents,the implementing of teacher group,the opening and sharing of the resources,the implementing of teaching research and reform,the reforming of course assessment system and so on.These were helpful for teachers to improve their teaching enthusiasm and for students to enhance their learning initiative,which could promote the improvement of college teaching quality.
