目的 探讨特异性环氧化酶2(COX-2)在肾细胞癌的表达及其与肾细胞癌血管增生的关系.方法 免疫组化检测肾细胞癌组织标本(85例)以及癌旁正常组织标本(48例)COX-2、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达,CD34单克隆抗体标记血管内皮细胞进行微血管密度(MVD)计数.结果 COX-2、VEGF和bFGF在癌旁正常组织中阳性表达率分别为16.7%,20.8%和22.9%,在肾细胞癌组织阳性表达率分别为77.6%、80.0%和74.1%,两组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01).肾癌组织MVD为(55.47±18.47),高于癌旁正常组织的(20.42±8.72)(P<0.01).COX-2、VEGF、bFGF表达阳性的肾细胞癌其MVD均大于表达阴性的肾细胞癌MVD(P<0.05或P<0.01).肾细胞癌组织COX-2表达与VEGF、bFGF表达呈显著正相关(P<0.01).结论 COX-2在肾细胞癌组织中表达升高,与肾细胞癌血管增生密切相关.
目的 探討特異性環氧化酶2(COX-2)在腎細胞癌的錶達及其與腎細胞癌血管增生的關繫.方法 免疫組化檢測腎細胞癌組織標本(85例)以及癌徬正常組織標本(48例)COX-2、血管內皮生長因子(VEGF)和堿性成纖維細胞生長因子(bFGF)的錶達,CD34單剋隆抗體標記血管內皮細胞進行微血管密度(MVD)計數.結果 COX-2、VEGF和bFGF在癌徬正常組織中暘性錶達率分彆為16.7%,20.8%和22.9%,在腎細胞癌組織暘性錶達率分彆為77.6%、80.0%和74.1%,兩組差異均有統計學意義(均P<0.01).腎癌組織MVD為(55.47±18.47),高于癌徬正常組織的(20.42±8.72)(P<0.01).COX-2、VEGF、bFGF錶達暘性的腎細胞癌其MVD均大于錶達陰性的腎細胞癌MVD(P<0.05或P<0.01).腎細胞癌組織COX-2錶達與VEGF、bFGF錶達呈顯著正相關(P<0.01).結論 COX-2在腎細胞癌組織中錶達升高,與腎細胞癌血管增生密切相關.

Objective To explore the expression of Cyclooxygenase-2-specific(COX-2) in renal cell carcinoma and its relationship with angiogenesis.Methods The expression of COX-2,VEGF and bFGF in renal cell carcinoma specimens(85 cases) and adjacent normal tissue samples(48 cases) was measured by immunohistochemistry.Microvessel density (MVD) was evaluated by immunohistochemistry using a monoclonal antibody against CD34.Results The positive expression rates of COX-2,VEGF and bFGF in adjacent normal tissue were 16.7%,20.8%,22.9%,and 77.6%,80.0%,74.1% in renal cell carcinoma,respectively,the difference,were significant ( all P <0.01 ).MVD was (55.47 + 18.47 ) Counts/field in renal cell carcinoma,and ( 20.42 ± 8.72) Counts/field in adjacent normal tissue,the difference was significant( P < 0.01 ).MVD in renal cell carcinoma which was positive expressed COX-2,VEGF,bFGF was higher than renal cell carcinoma which was negative expressed COX-2,VEGF,bFGF,the difference was significantly statistical( P < 0.05 or P <0.01 ).COX-2 expression and VEGF,bFGF in renal cell carcinoma expression was positively correlated( P <0.01 ).Conclusion COX-2 expression was elevated in renal cell carcinoma,and it was related closely with renal cell carcinoma angiogenesis.
