目的 探讨个性化需求干预在提升乳腺癌患者满意度的应用。方法 采用便利抽样法,抽取复旦大学附属华山医院乳腺外科行乳腺癌手术治疗的患者234例为研究对象,分为干预组108例,对照组126例,干预组接受常规护理与个性化需求干预相结合,对照组接受常规护理。于患者出院前进行乳腺癌患者健康需求知晓和住院期间满意度测评。结果对照组患者健康需求知晓评分各维度得分低于干预组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),满意度测评除在入院环境及费用查询介绍、呼叫铃应答、处理化疗反应等常规非干预护理项目上比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他干预项目结果均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 个性化需求干预能够提升乳腺癌患者满意度。
目的 探討箇性化需求榦預在提升乳腺癌患者滿意度的應用。方法 採用便利抽樣法,抽取複旦大學附屬華山醫院乳腺外科行乳腺癌手術治療的患者234例為研究對象,分為榦預組108例,對照組126例,榦預組接受常規護理與箇性化需求榦預相結閤,對照組接受常規護理。于患者齣院前進行乳腺癌患者健康需求知曉和住院期間滿意度測評。結果對照組患者健康需求知曉評分各維度得分低于榦預組,比較有統計學意義(P<0.01),滿意度測評除在入院環境及費用查詢介紹、呼叫鈴應答、處理化療反應等常規非榦預護理項目上比較無統計學意義(P>0.05),其他榦預項目結果均具有統計學意義(P<0.01)。結論 箇性化需求榦預能夠提升乳腺癌患者滿意度。
목적 탐토개성화수구간예재제승유선암환자만의도적응용。방법 채용편리추양법,추취복단대학부속화산의원유선외과행유선암수술치료적환자234례위연구대상,분위간예조108례,대조조126례,간예조접수상규호리여개성화수구간예상결합,대조조접수상규호리。우환자출원전진행유선암환자건강수구지효화주원기간만의도측평。결과대조조환자건강수구지효평분각유도득분저우간예조,비교유통계학의의(P<0.01),만의도측평제재입원배경급비용사순개소、호규령응답、처이화료반응등상규비간예호리항목상비교무통계학의의(P>0.05),기타간예항목결과균구유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론 개성화수구간예능구제승유선암환자만의도。
Objective To evaluate The application of personalized needs intervention in promoting satisfaction degree of patients with breast cancer.Methods Two hundred and thirty-four patients with breast cancer were divided into control group (126 cases) and intervention group (108 cases) by convenience sampling in our hospital.The patients in intervention group received the routine nursing combined with personalized needs intervention, while the patients in control group received the routine nursing.Health requirement mastery and satisfaction degree were assessed before the patients left hospital Results The score of health requirement mastery of each index in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group, There was statistical differences (P <0.01) .The satisfaction degree of patients had a significant difference (P<0.01) except for fee enquiry, response and treatment of adverse reaction of chemotherapy (P>0.05) .Conclusions Personalized needs intervention can promote the satisfaction degree of patients with breast cancer.
