目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者的心理状态及护理对策.方法将我院急性心肌梗死患者50例采用SCL - 90进行心理状况评估,并给予相应的护理对策,评估护理效果.结果护理后患者SCL - 90各因子分与护理前比较明显改善,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论急性心肌梗死患者大多存在不良的情绪及心理问题,应及时给予心理评估并积极给予护理,以促进患者的顺利康复.

Objective To explore the psychological states of patients with acute myocardial infarction and nursing countermeasure.Methods A total of 50 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were investigated by SCL - 90,and treated with according nursing measures.The effects were assessed.Results The scores of SCL -90 after intervention were superior to those before intervention,and there was significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions Most of the patients with acute myocardial infarction have bad emotions and psychological problems,so the nursing intervention should be given to them to improve their rehabilitation.
