目的观察丁苯酞软胶囊(恩必普软胶囊,石家庄制药集团有限公司)治疗脑梗死(cerbral infarction,CI)的临床疗效及安全性.方法入院脑梗死患者随机分为丁苯酞组和对照组,丁苯酞组和对照组均服用肠溶阿司匹林每次100 mg,1次/晚,同时进行高压氧和系统康复治疗,丁苯酞组患者加服丁苯酞软胶囊每次200 mg,3次/d,疗程为24 d.在入院当天、治疗11 d、第21天使用欧洲卒中量表评分.结果丁苯酞组在治疗第11天及第21天按欧洲卒中量表评分优于对照组,P＜0.05,有统计学意义.结论丁苯酞软胶囊治疗脑梗死有效.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of dl-3n-butylphthalide(NBP) for the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Cerebral infarction inpatients, being treated with enteric-coated aspirin 100 mg per-night together with Hyperbaric oxygen and convalescent care, were randomized to dl-3n-butylphthalide group or control group. Dl-3n-butylphthalide group were added 200 mg of NBP soft capsules 3 times a day during the 24-day treatment. The European Stroke Scale (ESS)was scored on the day of admission, the 11th day,and the 21st day after treatment. Results ESS Data obtained from the last two time points were improved than those of the control group, indicating statistical significance at P ＜ 0.05. Conclusion NBP soft capsules was effective for the treatment of cerebral infarction.
