目的探讨QC小组干预减少糖尿病患者漏注射胰岛素的发生率.方法成立持续质量改善(QC)小组,通过现状调查进行原因分析,制订改进对策,组织实施,遵循PDOA循环过程进行持续质量改进.结果干预后糖尿病患者遗漏注射胰岛素的发生率由30.5%降至5.2%,差异有统计学意义(P值均＜0.01).结论通过QC小组干预,有效的减少了糖尿病患者遗漏注射胰岛素的发生率,患者的血糖控制平稳,提高了护理服务质量和患者满意度.

Objective To explore QC group interventions reduce incidence rate of missed insulin injections to diabetes patients.Methods By establishing a continuing quality control ( QC ) team and condugng investigation analyses, finally some measures were worked out and came into play, the PDCA cycle was complied to improve the quality continuously.Results After the interventions, the incidence rate of missed insulin injections to diabetes patients fell from 30.5% to 5.2%, which was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.01 )Conclusions QC group intervention can effectively reduce incidence rate of missed insulin injections to diabetes patients.As a result, the blood glucose of the diabetes patients was controlled steady.the quality of health care and patient satisfaction can be improved.
