目的探讨PICC规范化管理前后的效果.方法 2010年7月PICC维护规范化管理后,对PICC维护、操作的示教和培训,制定相应的流程和制度的效果分析.结果对护士进行PICC规范维护培训后,PICC置管部位接触性皮炎、穿刺口感染、导管堵塞、出血、静脉炎、静脉血栓发生率较培训前低,病人满意度显著高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).同时为全市二级以下医院培训输送更多合格的PICC维护护士,促进了PICC技术的开展和普及.结论通过PICC维护规范化管理,可减少导管并发症,增强导管维护能力；可满足就诊者多元化的需求,提升了专科护理质量,有利于护理专科的发展.

Objective To explore the effect of before and after standardized management on PICC maintenance.Methods After implementation of the PICC maintenance standardized management since July 2010,the operation and maintenance of PICC were taught and trained in order to draw up appropriate processes.Results After the training of PICC maintenance standardized management,the occurrence rates of PICC contact dermatitis,puncture infection,catheter obstruction,bleeding,phlebitis and venous thrombosis were lower than before training,as well as patients' satisfaction degree was higher,the differences had statistically significance ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions The training of PICC maintenance standardized management can reduce the complication of catheter and strenghten the ability to maintain catheter.Moreover,it can meet the diverse needs of patients and improve the quality of specialist care,promote the development of specialist care.
