The paper compares the two common ways in the structural design of the basement roof of large-chassis buildings from the design,the construction and the economy,and concludes the cross-shaped secondary beam allocation scheme can have better economical and structural performance than the one of the main beam without secondary beam in the general garage roofs,while the main beam allocation scheme without secondary beam can have certain advantages in the aspect of the construction progress.
