水体中存在的微量持久性有机污染物对人类及生物的正常生命活动构成了严重威胁,有效去除这些污染物已成为当务之急。电催化氧化技术因具有适应性广,氧化性强,无二次污染,反应迅速,设备及其操作简单等优点而日益成为难降解有机废水处理领域的研究热点。论文论述了目前国内外有关电催化氧化处理有机废水的基本原理及应用现状,并讨论了该领域研究中存在的问题和发展方向。

There are small amount of persistent organic pollutants existed in water systems, and this does great harm to human beings and biology. It was necessary to remove these materials immediately. The electrochemical oxidation has been widely investigated for wastewater treatment. Its good applicability, high oxidation efficieney, no secondary contamination, fast reaetion rate, and easy operation make it a very attractive alternative for degrading toxic and biologically refractory organic pollutants. The electrochemical oxidation methods applied to the organic wastewater and its degradation mechanism from different kind of wastewater and point out the existed problems and the developing trend of this field.
