利用电压空间矢量对Z源光伏并网逆变器线电流进行定时滞环控制,以控制误差为0且开关频率固定为目标,设计了定时滞环控制器,实现了并网电流与电网电压同步,获得了较高的功率因数。同时,零矢量在每个控制周期开始时刻作用,通过计算零矢量作用时间可能的最小值,计算得到占空比并成功插入直通时间实现了直流升压。所提出的系统及方案具有响应快速、精度高、抗干扰能力强、开关次数少、易于数字化实现等优点。仿真和试验结果均验证了该控制策略的正确性。

A voltage space vector based regular-time hysteresis current control scheme for the photovoltaic grid connection system with Z source inverter is presented.The regular-time hysteresis current control has been designed to realize the zero control error and fixed switching frequency.It also achieved high power factors,which indicated the synchronization between the inverter output current and the grid voltage.Meanwhile,the zero space vector acts at the beginning of each control interval.By calculating the minimal duration possible for the zero space vector,the duty ratio can be obtained.The corresponding shoot-through duration is added to the minimal duration to boost the DC side voltage successfully.The system and control scheme proposed offer the advantages of fast response,high accuracy,high immunity of perturbations,low switching actions,and easy implementation.Both simulation and experiments have verified the correctness of the method.
