研究了影响用油酸与巯基乙醇合成油酸巯基乙酯（逆酯）的各种因素。得出了酯化反应的最佳条件为：油酸／巯基乙醇摩尔比为1．2，反应温度为70～75℃，反应时间为3．5h，催化剂用量为总反应物质量的0．5％．除水方式为真空脱水。
研究瞭影響用油痠與巰基乙醇閤成油痠巰基乙酯（逆酯）的各種因素。得齣瞭酯化反應的最佳條件為：油痠／巰基乙醇摩爾比為1．2，反應溫度為70～75℃，反應時間為3．5h，催化劑用量為總反應物質量的0．5％．除水方式為真空脫水。

The factors which effect the accomplishment of reaction of mercaptoethyl oleate （reverse ester） synthesis which used oleic acid and mercaptoethanol as raw materials were studied. The test results showed, that the optimal reaction conditions of esterification are： the mole ratio of acid to alcohol is 1.2, reaction temperature is 70-75℃, reaction time is 3.5 h, the catalyst quantity is 0.5% of the weight of total reacted materials, the water-removing method is by vacuum.
