研究了影响用油酸与巯基乙醇合成油酸巯基乙酯(逆酯)的各种因素。得出了酯化反应的最佳条件为:油酸/巯基乙醇摩尔比为1.2,反应温度为70~75℃,反应时间为3.5h,催化剂用量为总反应物质量的0.5%.除水方式为真空脱水。

The factors which effect the accomplishment of reaction of mercaptoethyl oleate (reverse ester) synthesis which used oleic acid and mercaptoethanol as raw materials were studied. The test results showed, that the optimal reaction conditions of esterification are: the mole ratio of acid to alcohol is 1.2, reaction temperature is 70-75℃, reaction time is 3.5 h, the catalyst quantity is 0.5% of the weight of total reacted materials, the water-removing method is by vacuum.
