六国化工粉状磷酸一铵(MAP)生产装置采用磷酸装置萃取稀酸、浓缩磷酸贮槽的底流渣酸和磷酸二铵(DAP)装置系统不能平衡的稀酸洗涤液等为原料,含固量较高,中和浓缩后磷酸一铵料浆的黏度大、流动性较差,装置运行周期短,工艺控制指标难以稳定。分析生产中的影响因素,重点对循环水、浓缩和热风系统进行了技改。改造后,2008年产量超过130kt(设计产能120kt/a),产能逐步得以释放。
