利用GM（1,1）模型对中原经济区工业＂三废＂产生量进行探究和预测,结果显示作为中原经济区主体的河南省经济社会在未来发展中将面临巨大的环境压力。在此基础上,文章提出构建现代循环经济发展模式是解决中原经济区环境问题的根本途径。

The related data of industrial ＂three wastes＂ of central economic zone is researched and explored using GM（1,1） model,whose results show that the economic and social development of Henan Province as the main body of the central economic zone will face enormous pressure on the environment in the future.On this basis,the paper proposes that to build a modern recycling economy development model is a fundamental way to solve the Central Plains Economic Zone＇s environmental issues.
