本文分析总结了我校材料类专业毕业设计（论文）在教学资源、质量意识和教学管理中存在的主要问题。探讨了共享优质教育科研资源、提高毕业设计（论文）质量的团队指导法的优势。对在材料学院进行依托科研团队的团队指导材料类专业毕业设计进行了展望。

The major problems of teaching resource, quality sense and teaching management existing in graduation design （thesis） of materials specialty were concluded in this paper. The advantages of the team coaching were discussed, which is an advanced method due to sharing of high-quality resource and improvement of graduation design （thesis） quality. The feasibility of the team coaching relied on research teams was analyzed for graduation design of materials specialty in the school of materials science and engineering.
