传统雷达网的部署选择综合作战能力最强的部署方案作为最优方案,然而,传统方法选出的方案并不能保证网络在任何局部区域都有较强的作战能力。该文将责任区域按照一定方式分割成若干局部区域带,将局部区域带的综合作战能力等效为局势的收益值,构造对策矩阵,最后利用对策论原理进行部署方案进行了分析。仿真分析表明,该方法得到的部署方案更科学、合理,能够保证雷达网局部区域综合作战能力的最大化,更适应于基于效果作战的现代战争。

The strongest overall security program is chosen by as the final plan in traditional radar network deployment, however, the scheme selected by traditional method does not guarantee the network has a strong support capability. The area of responsibility is separated into several local bands, and comprehensive ability of local area network is equivalent to the profit value in the situation, which structured countermeasure matrix. Finally, game theory principles are used for deploy ment optimization. Simulation analysis shows that deployment options got by the method are more scientific and reasonable, can ensure local network get the most powerful capacity, more adapt to modern warfare, effect-hased operations.
