采用超声波反应器,以邻苯二酚、三甘醇和对甲基苯磺酰氯等为原料,二甲亚砜为溶剂,氢氧化锂为催化剂兼模板剂,合成单苯并-12-冠-4(Benzo-12-crown-4 B12C4)。产物经IR、1H NMR、MS和元素分析等表征。合成收率达到23%。较之传统方法具有操作简单、反应时间短、反应条件温和、无需氮气保护等优势。

The synthesize of benzo-12-crown-4(B12C4)using ultrasonic wave was described.The triglycol,pyrocatechol and 4-methylphenylsulfonyl chloride were chosen as raw materials,dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide and then reacted in special ultrasonic wave.The lithium hydroxide was also dissolved in it which acts as the template reagent and base(catalyst).The product B12C4 was characterized by IR,1H NMR,MS and element analysis,and its yield was 23%.Compared with the traditional synthetic methods,it had the advantages of milder reaction conditions,shorter reaction time and fewer steps.
