提出了一种静止无功补偿器(staticvarcompensator,svc)的不平衡补偿方法。针对不平衡情况下的功率补偿需求,提出了基于佛布迪(fryze—buchholz.depenbrock,FBD)算法的等效电纳检测方法,有效减小了系统的计算量;为了提高SVC的补偿性能,提出了一种开环和闭环复合控制方法,并利用单纯形算法对控制参数进行动态调整,提高了系统的鲁棒性,大大提高了SVC的补偿精度和补偿性能,实现了三相系统的功率平衡。最后,仿真和实验验证了所提出方法的有效性和正确性。
提齣瞭一種靜止無功補償器(staticvarcompensator,svc)的不平衡補償方法。針對不平衡情況下的功率補償需求,提齣瞭基于彿佈迪(fryze—buchholz.depenbrock,FBD)算法的等效電納檢測方法,有效減小瞭繫統的計算量;為瞭提高SVC的補償性能,提齣瞭一種開環和閉環複閤控製方法,併利用單純形算法對控製參數進行動態調整,提高瞭繫統的魯棒性,大大提高瞭SVC的補償精度和補償性能,實現瞭三相繫統的功率平衡。最後,倣真和實驗驗證瞭所提齣方法的有效性和正確性。

An imbalance compensation method for static var compensator (SVC) is proposed. Firstly, in allusion to the demand on reactive power compensation under unbalanced conditions, a Fryze- Buchholz-Depenbrock (FBD) algorithm based method to detect equivalent susceptance is proposed, so the calculation burden can be effectively reduced; then to improve the compensation performance of SVC, a compound control method integrating open-loop control with closed-loop control is put forward, and the control parameters are dynamically adjusted by simplex algorithm, thus the robustness of control system is enhanced and both compensation accuracy and performance of SVC can be evidently improved, and the power balance in three-phase system can be implemented. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by results from simulation and experimental verification.
