有效面授是开放教育师生在面对面的环境与条件下,基于预定的面授教学目标,教师有效地教,学生有效地学,教与学过程和谐平衡、有效果、有效益与有效率的教学活动,是有效的开放教学活动的一部分。有效面授的设计策略是：展开师生交往与对话,构建有效面授环境;多维备课,精心预设面授课堂;以导为主,引领学生动态生成有效知识;过程性评价与终结性评价相结合,有效激励与矫正;实施分层教学,满足学生差异性需要。
