提出一种基于保护动作行为模型及电网故障特征的数据融合方法,用于实现故障信息系统中一次故障的关联识别;从保护装置故障信息汇总与分析、电网故障判断、线路两端故障信息融合等方面,重点阐述了保护动作信号一次故障关联、电网连续故障判断、故障报告汇总及双端测距实现等的应用。

A data fusion method based on relay protection action model and power grid fault characteristics is proposed for implementing the primary fault correlation recognition in the fault information system. Based on the comprehensive analysis on the fault information of relay protection device, power grid fault judgment and fault information fusion for the two terminal of line, various applications such as: primary fault correlation of relay protection action signal, judgment of power grid continuous faults, summary of fault reports and the realization of two terminal fault location algorithm, etc. are emphatically described.
