本文以住区热环境优化为出发点,以西安典型住区热环境调研及实测为依据,描述了西安地区中高层住区热环境存在的问题,并针对西安小高层为主的住区绿化、朝向及住宅间距方面提出了热环境优化策略,在此基础上,笔者给出了一个实例。

This paper focuses on improving the thermal environment of residence. It clarifies the existing problems on thermal environment of medium and high-level residential buiding based on the reaserch and data about thermal environment from a typical area of Xi＇an. Besides, it suggests some strategy of improving the thermal environment in terms of greening in residence, the direction of building and the distance between houses. At last, the author conduct a specific applying research on a typical residence based on the relevant theory.
