Aiming at the demands of military communication network such as robustness, quality of service and interconnection, Cognitive Military Communication Network is presented. The architecture including module, function entity, flow and element is also discussed. Next, difference between Cognitive Military Communication Network and the current network is analyzed. Key technologies such as multi-domain cognition, intelligent decision and reconfiguration are described.
