水泵是发动机冷却系统的关键零部件,随着现代发动机性能的逐步提升,对水泵进行校核计算已经成为发动机设计开发过程中必不可少的一步。文章通过水泵经典计算法,分别对各机型的水泵进行了校核计算,得到了水泵的流量和扬程。通过扬程和流量的关系,计算出新型机所需的水泵扬程。结果表明原型机水泵的传动比不能满足新型机的散热要求,更改传动比后,整车热平衡满足要求。

Water pump is the key part of engine cooling system.With improvement of modern engine's performance,it is absolutely necessary step of conducting verifying calculation of water pump in the process of engine design.Verifying calculation on various types of water pump is conducted by using classical calculation method.Water pump head and flow head is gained.Through the relationship between head and flow,the water pump head of new model is calculated.The results indicated that prototype water pump can not meet the cooling requirements of new type.Heat balance of complete vehicle meets the requirements after changing gear ratio.
