试验研究分散剂L-2000在载重斜交轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,在胎面胶中以分散剂L-2000等量代替胶易素T-78,胶料的硫化特性、工艺性能及硫化胶的物理性能变化不大,载重斜交轮胎的胎面问题退赔率由原来的3%降为2%以下,且生产成本降低。

The application of Dispersant L-2000 in wheel tyre glue of bias truck tire was investigatet.The results showed that,using Dispersand L-2000 to replace jiaoyisu in wheel tyre glue,curing behaviour and processibility of rubber compound and the physical properties of vulcanizate changed little,the compensation ratio of bias truck tire causeed by wheel problems was reduced from 3%to below 2%,and the production cost was reduced.
