研究硝酸铵对发射药力学性能的影响。采用拉伸实验方法,测定不同硝酸铵含量、粒径下发射药的拉伸强度、伸长率、应力-应变曲线。结果表明,随着硝酸铵含量的升高,发射药的拉伸强度、伸长率、回弹模量、韧性模量先降低、再升高、后降低;在硝酸铵含量较低时,随着硝酸铵粒径的减小,发射药的拉伸强度升高;硝酸铵在发射药中形成次级结构,使其粒径降低,发射药拉伸强度降低;硝酸铵含量越高、粒径越大,发射药力学性能越差。
研究硝痠銨對髮射藥力學性能的影響。採用拉伸實驗方法,測定不同硝痠銨含量、粒徑下髮射藥的拉伸彊度、伸長率、應力-應變麯線。結果錶明,隨著硝痠銨含量的升高,髮射藥的拉伸彊度、伸長率、迴彈模量、韌性模量先降低、再升高、後降低;在硝痠銨含量較低時,隨著硝痠銨粒徑的減小,髮射藥的拉伸彊度升高;硝痠銨在髮射藥中形成次級結構,使其粒徑降低,髮射藥拉伸彊度降低;硝痠銨含量越高、粒徑越大,髮射藥力學性能越差。
연구초산안대발사약역학성능적영향。채용랍신실험방법,측정불동초산안함량、립경하발사약적랍신강도、신장솔、응력-응변곡선。결과표명,수착초산안함량적승고,발사약적랍신강도、신장솔、회탄모량、인성모량선강저、재승고、후강저;재초산안함량교저시,수착초산안립경적감소,발사약적랍신강도승고;초산안재발사약중형성차급결구,사기립경강저,발사약랍신강도강저;초산안함량월고、립경월대,발사약역학성능월차。
The effects of ammonium nitrate on mechanical properties of gun propellant were studied.The tensile strength,elongation percentage and stress-strain curve of gun propellant under different ammonium nitrate contents and particle sizes were determined by tensile experiment method.The results showed that,as the contents of ammonium nitrate increased,the tensile strength,elongation percentage and stress-strain curve of gun propellant was gradually decreased in the first,then increased and decreased in the end.When the ammonium nitrate content was low,the tensile strength of gun propellant was increased gradually with the decreasing of ammonium nitrate particle size;the secondary structure of the ammonium nitrate was formed in launch,both the particle size of ammonium nitrate and the tensile strength of gun propellant were gradually decreased.The higher the ammonium nitrate content was,the larger the particle size was and the worse the mechanical properties of propellant were.
