在陆地资源紧缺的今天，海洋可再生能源的开发利用可以为经济与社会发展提供强大的动力和发展后劲。，随着山东半岛蓝色经济区建设上升为国家战略，作为13类海洋产业同时又是蓝色经济区能源保障关键技术的海洋可再生能源，其开发与利用备受关注。文章简要介绍了海洋可再生能源的研究背景，以及海洋能的种类、特点和发展现状，重点是立足中国蓝色经济区的发展战略与规划，详细分析山东半岛海洋能开发利用的历史与现状，展望发展机遇，并提出开发利用海洋可再生能源以更好的服务山东半岛蓝色经济区建设的发展建议。

With the gradual shortage of land resources, the development and utilization of ocean renewable energy can provide a strong motivation and support for economic and social development. With the building of the Shandong peninsula blue economic zone becomes the national strategy, the ocean renewable energy development and utilization is concerned being the one of the thirteen marine industries and also one of the technical supports. The authors describe the research background, kinds and features and current situation of the ocean renewable energy. The history and current of ocean energy in Shandong peninsula are then analyzed in detail to keep a foothold in Blue Economic Zone of China. It is pointed out of the development opportunity and some suggestions at last.
