建立了UOE焊管成形过程的三维有限元模型,模拟具有大变形和复杂接触的成形过程,分析板料各个成形段的回弹,获得了不同成形段板料的变形构形、等效塑性应变分布以及成形载荷的变化。研究结果可为UOE工艺设计以及评估成形机组制管能力提供指导。
建立瞭UOE銲管成形過程的三維有限元模型,模擬具有大變形和複雜接觸的成形過程,分析闆料各箇成形段的迴彈,穫得瞭不同成形段闆料的變形構形、等效塑性應變分佈以及成形載荷的變化。研究結果可為UOE工藝設計以及評估成形機組製管能力提供指導。

In this study, the three-dimensional finite element model of the UOE forming process has been established. The large deformation and complex contact during UOE forming process are simulated, and the spring back after forming is also calculated. The deformed geometries of different steps as long as distribution of the equivalent plastic strain and the force are obtained. The research is helpful in UOE forming process design and evaluating the capability of the pipe mill.
