对300(男150,女150)例湖南汉族学生的10对遗传性状(上眼睑皱褶、耳垂、前额发际、耳盯聍、鼻孔形状、蒙古褶、达尔文节、鼻梁侧面观、折舌、卷舌)进行了调查分析.结果表明,上眼睑、蒙古褶、达尔文节、折舌、卷舌的显性频率超过50%,各性状基因频率无明显的性别差异;10对遗传性状中,前额发际同时与耳垂、耳盯聍、蒙古褶具有明显的相关性,以及蒙古褶与达尔文节彼此明显相关;与国内其他群体比较,湖南汉族上眼睑皱褶与鼻梁侧面观的显性频率相对较高,而耳垂与鼻孔形状的显性频率相对较低;通过不同汉族群体的聚类分析,发现湖南汉族的遗传性状分布与贵州汉族、山西汉族最相似.
對300(男150,女150)例湖南漢族學生的10對遺傳性狀(上眼瞼皺褶、耳垂、前額髮際、耳盯聹、鼻孔形狀、矇古褶、達爾文節、鼻樑側麵觀、摺舌、捲舌)進行瞭調查分析.結果錶明,上眼瞼、矇古褶、達爾文節、摺舌、捲舌的顯性頻率超過50%,各性狀基因頻率無明顯的性彆差異;10對遺傳性狀中,前額髮際同時與耳垂、耳盯聹、矇古褶具有明顯的相關性,以及矇古褶與達爾文節彼此明顯相關;與國內其他群體比較,湖南漢族上眼瞼皺褶與鼻樑側麵觀的顯性頻率相對較高,而耳垂與鼻孔形狀的顯性頻率相對較低;通過不同漢族群體的聚類分析,髮現湖南漢族的遺傳性狀分佈與貴州漢族、山西漢族最相似.
대300(남150,녀150)례호남한족학생적10대유전성상(상안검추습、이수、전액발제、이정녕、비공형상、몽고습、체이문절、비량측면관、절설、권설)진행료조사분석.결과표명,상안검、몽고습、체이문절、절설、권설적현성빈솔초과50%,각성상기인빈솔무명현적성별차이;10대유전성상중,전액발제동시여이수、이정녕、몽고습구유명현적상관성,이급몽고습여체이문절피차명현상관;여국내기타군체비교,호남한족상안검추습여비량측면관적현성빈솔상대교고,이이수여비공형상적현성빈솔상대교저;통과불동한족군체적취류분석,발현호남한족적유전성상분포여귀주한족、산서한족최상사.
A sample including 300 students(150 males,150 females)was investigated on 10 single gene genetic characters(eye fold of the upper eyelid,ear lob,forehead hair-edge point,earwax,nostril type,Mongoloid fold,Darwin knot,nasal profile,folding and rolling tongues)of Han in Hunan province.The results showed,the dominant frequency of eye fold of the upper eyelid was more than 50%,and that of Mongoloid fold,Darwin knot,folding and rolling tongues was so,respectively.And there was no sexaul significant differences for gene frequencies on each character.There was a significant correlation between forehead hair-edge point and ear lob,earwax,Mongoloid fold,respectively.And the correlation was higher between Mongoloid fold and Darwin knot.Compared with other domestic groups,the dominant frequencies of eye fold of the upper eyelid and nasal profile were higher,while that of ear lob and nostril type were lower on Han in Hunan.The distribution of genetic traits on Han in Hunan was most similar to that of in Guizhou and Shanxi with cluster analysis on Han population from different regions.
