Daqing%vegetable%nitrate%evaluation
为确定大庆市市售蔬菜硝酸盐含量及污染状况,实验在2008~2009年对大庆市萨尔图区、让胡路区、龙凤区、红岗区及林甸县、安达市市售蔬菜中硝酸盐含量进行了测定,并按食品卫生标准对蔬菜硝酸盐污染状况进行了评价。结果表明,大庆地区市售蔬菜硝酸盐含量普遍较高,各地区不同种类蔬菜硝酸盐含量均达到极显著差异水平,其中叶菜类蔬菜硝酸盐含量最高,茄果类次之,根菜类含量最低。在所有调查样品中叶菜类蔬菜均超过轻度污染,普遍出现严重污染现象,严重污染比例最高值在萨尔图区(61.7%);茄果类蔬菜除萨尔图区其他地区均未出现严重污染现象;根菜类蔬菜未发现严重污染现象,高度污染比例最高值在让胡路区(27.9%)。叶菜类蔬菜中菠菜的严重污染率最高(77%),根菜类中土豆高度污染率最高(37.2%),其次是萝卜(18.7%),茄果类蔬菜中只有黄瓜和茄子出现了严重污染现象。
為確定大慶市市售蔬菜硝痠鹽含量及汙染狀況,實驗在2008~2009年對大慶市薩爾圖區、讓鬍路區、龍鳳區、紅崗區及林甸縣、安達市市售蔬菜中硝痠鹽含量進行瞭測定,併按食品衛生標準對蔬菜硝痠鹽汙染狀況進行瞭評價。結果錶明,大慶地區市售蔬菜硝痠鹽含量普遍較高,各地區不同種類蔬菜硝痠鹽含量均達到極顯著差異水平,其中葉菜類蔬菜硝痠鹽含量最高,茄果類次之,根菜類含量最低。在所有調查樣品中葉菜類蔬菜均超過輕度汙染,普遍齣現嚴重汙染現象,嚴重汙染比例最高值在薩爾圖區(61.7%);茄果類蔬菜除薩爾圖區其他地區均未齣現嚴重汙染現象;根菜類蔬菜未髮現嚴重汙染現象,高度汙染比例最高值在讓鬍路區(27.9%)。葉菜類蔬菜中菠菜的嚴重汙染率最高(77%),根菜類中土豆高度汙染率最高(37.2%),其次是蘿蔔(18.7%),茄果類蔬菜中隻有黃瓜和茄子齣現瞭嚴重汙染現象。
위학정대경시시수소채초산염함량급오염상황,실험재2008~2009년대대경시살이도구、양호로구、룡봉구、홍강구급림전현、안체시시수소채중초산염함량진행료측정,병안식품위생표준대소채초산염오염상황진행료평개。결과표명,대경지구시수소채초산염함량보편교고,각지구불동충류소채초산염함량균체도겁현저차이수평,기중협채류소채초산염함량최고,가과류차지,근채류함량최저。재소유조사양품중협채류소채균초과경도오염,보편출현엄중오염현상,엄중오염비례최고치재살이도구(61.7%);가과류소채제살이도구기타지구균미출현엄중오염현상;근채류소채미발현엄중오염현상,고도오염비례최고치재양호로구(27.9%)。협채류소채중파채적엄중오염솔최고(77%),근채류중토두고도오염솔최고(37.2%),기차시라복(18.7%),가과류소채중지유황과화가자출현료엄중오염현상。
The contents of nitrate in vegetables in the five distracts of Daqing(Saertu,Ranghulu,Longfeng,Honggang,and Lindian),have been detected during 2008-2009 and the vegetable contamination have been evaluated based on the detected result.Results were shown that the nitrate contents of vegetables sold in Daqing area generally high and it reached 1% significant level for the content of nitrite with different kinds of vegetable in different region.The highest nitrate content was in leafy vegetables in all,the higher was in eggplants than in root vegetables.With all the samples,the pollution with leaf vegetable were more serious than mild and the severity pollutions were appeared in all distracts.The highest ratio for severity pollution was appeared in Saertu and the number is 61.7%.The severity pollution was not available with eggplant except the sample from Saertu distract and it was not available in the root vegetable for severity pollution.The highest ratio of high pollution was in Ranghulu distract in the root vegetable and the ratio was 27.9%.The severity pollution was in spinach in leaf vegetable and the ratio was 77%.No severity pollution was available in eggplants except cucumber and aubergine.The highest ratio of high pollution was in potato for root vegetable and the ratio was 37.2% then the ratio of high pollution of radish was 18.7%.
