近年来,天津市独立学院蓬勃发展,作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,独立学院承担着培养新世纪人才的重担。教师是教育教学的主体,也是人才培养的关键决定力量,教师绩效评价不仅是衡量和监督教师工作情况的手段,更是促进教师提高工作业绩和教育质量的主要措施。本文通过分析天津市六所独立学院教师绩效评价体系现状,总结出独立学院教师绩效评价体系中存在的不足,并提出改进措施建议。
近年來,天津市獨立學院蓬勃髮展,作為我國高等教育的重要組成部分,獨立學院承擔著培養新世紀人纔的重擔。教師是教育教學的主體,也是人纔培養的關鍵決定力量,教師績效評價不僅是衡量和鑑督教師工作情況的手段,更是促進教師提高工作業績和教育質量的主要措施。本文通過分析天津市六所獨立學院教師績效評價體繫現狀,總結齣獨立學院教師績效評價體繫中存在的不足,併提齣改進措施建議。
근년래,천진시독립학원봉발발전,작위아국고등교육적중요조성부분,독립학원승담착배양신세기인재적중담。교사시교육교학적주체,야시인재배양적관건결정역량,교사적효평개불부시형량화감독교사공작정황적수단,경시촉진교사제고공작업적화교육질량적주요조시。본문통과분석천진시륙소독립학원교사적효평개체계현상,총결출독립학원교사적효평개체계중존재적불족,병제출개진조시건의。
Nowadays,the independent institutes of general colleges in Tianjin are developing rapidly.As an important part of higher education,the independent institutes take the responsibility for cultivating talents in new century.Teacher plays an important role in cultivating talents;therefore,the performance-appraising of teachers is necessary,which is not only a good way to measure and supervise,but also a main measure to improve teaching quality.Based on analyzing the present status of performance-appraising system at six independent institutes in Tianjin,this paper finds the insufficiency and flaw in the system,and then puts forwards some suggestions on improving it.
