本文开展了FITC染料编码流式聚苯乙烯微球的研究。研究结果显示,制备的聚苯乙烯微球粒径为5.4μm,变异系数为3.04%。当低亮和高亮流式聚苯乙烯微球分别用0.4μL和125μL的FITC母液染色时间0.5 h时,可以得到微球群集中、荧光强度变异系数分别为5.28%4、.63%的二元流式微球阵列。FITC染色编码微球保存12个月,保留荧光强度为90%以上。
本文開展瞭FITC染料編碼流式聚苯乙烯微毬的研究。研究結果顯示,製備的聚苯乙烯微毬粒徑為5.4μm,變異繫數為3.04%。噹低亮和高亮流式聚苯乙烯微毬分彆用0.4μL和125μL的FITC母液染色時間0.5 h時,可以得到微毬群集中、熒光彊度變異繫數分彆為5.28%4、.63%的二元流式微毬陣列。FITC染色編碼微毬保存12箇月,保留熒光彊度為90%以上。

The action of FITC to flow functional beads encoding was studied in this paper.Results from this study showed that produced microbeads had the average diameter of 5.4 μm and 3.04% CV value.Flow cytometry exhibited that the high-light and low-light bead,which constructed the duplexed bead array with 5.28%,4.63% CV value,can be successfully encoded by 0.4 μL and 125 μL FITC fluorescence solution for half an hour.Ninety percent of FITC density can be kept after 12 months.
